The statement states that .... Thestatement may be true to some extent at first glance. But we might find somedefects after we think over it carefully. I agree with that more and morepeople/students (肯定部分观点).... After all, oursociety/students/we need .... But, in my opinion, the statement that (待 否定观点)... is not strong enough to make sure that ....

粗略赞成点:

I concede with the opinion that .... Forexample, our society needs .... There are.... It is obvious that .... So thespeaker’s position that ... have some advantages on ....

主题词一的缺点:

However, we cannot ignore another fact that.... For instance, if we ..., we may .... It may be true in the past that..,but in modern society, the truth is .... So the speaker’s statement that ... isone-sided.

主题词二的缺点:

In addition, even though that ..., weshould add some limiting conditions to make sure that .... For example, we can.... So we cannot state that ... without deliberate it carefully.

To sum up, due to the reasons mentionedabove, we should take all the possible factors into serious consideration andshould not require that ....
